This lesson is about
adding Java-applets
With applets you can
add fun effects to your images, however
too large an applet
or too many applets on one page tend to
make the pages slower to load.
Applets only work on
Java enabled browsers.
To make sure your
browser is Java enabled.....
In IE go to Tools > Internet options
> Advanced Tag and scroll down to
Microsoft VM
and make sure the following 3 items are
checked
- Java console enabled
(requires restart)
-Java logging enabled
-J it compiler for
virtual machine enabled (requires
restart)
On
top of the page you can see the lake
applet, and here you see the snow applet.
I
finished half of the course now and hope
