Blue Elf

I made this in Psp 7

We need:

-A nice tube. I used a beautiful tube from Top_Design_Tubes made from an artwork of ŠNene Thomas

-Filter Mezzoforce

-Filter Mura Pro Seamless

 

  • Open your tube, copy with Shift + D, put your original aside for a while

  • Layers > New rasterlayer

  • Layers > Arrange > Send to bottom

  • Choose a light and dark color from your tube and change your foreground color to gradient with these settings

Push Ok

  • Lock your top layer by clicking on the glasses in the layer palette

  • Select the bottom layer like  the picture above en flood fill it with your gradient

  • Unlock your top layer by clicking on the glasses

  • Your tube has a colored background now

  • Layers > Merge > Merge all

  • Edit > Copy

  • Open a new image 1024 x 350, transparant

  • Selections > Select all

  • Edit > Paste > Into selection

  • Selections > Select none

  • Effects > Geometric effects > Spiky Halo with these settings -60, -76, 8, 53, 10

Push Ok

  • Effects > Plugins > 2Manekenai > Mezzoforce-Ice with these settings 0, 124, 188, 0, 0, 96, preset Arctica

Push Ok

  • Effects > Plugins > Mura Pro > Seamless with these settings: Zigzag, 0, 10, 94, 0, 10, 4, 0, 0, Filtering, Fit, OpaqueOut en Repeat aangevinkt, change Cus.Colors in a matching color

Push Ok

  • Activate your original tube

  • Image > Resize > Height to 350 pixels 

Push Ok

  • Edit > Copy

  • Activate your background again

  • Edit > Paste > as new layer

  • Move your tube to the left side of your background

  • You can add your name or watermark

  • Layers > Merge > Merge all

Your stationary is ready now. Have fun with it.
