Christmas Tree Fairy

I made this in Psp 7

We need:

- Image

- Mask Widewave

-  Pearl tube

The can download the materials  Here ,they're in a zip

- Font Unicorn

- Filter Factory B

- Filter FM Tile Tools

 

  • Open your fairy image, mask en  pearl tube  Psp. Put the mask and the pearl aside for a while.

  • Activate your fairy image

  • Edit > Copy

  • Open a new image 1024 x 400 pixels, transparant

  • Selections > Select all

  • Edit > Paste > Into selection

  • Selections > Select none

  • Effects > Plugins > Filter Factory B > Bubble with these settings

Push Ok

  • Layers > New rasterlayer

  • Choose 2 light colors from the fairy image as your fore and background. I chose #D3C0A5 and #FCFCD9

  • Put your foreground color to gradient en search for your foreground-background gradient. Use these settings, sunburst, invert not checked

Push Ok

  • Flood fill your new layer with the gradient

  • Effects > Add Noise > with these settings

Push Ok

  • Change the blendmode of layer 2 to Hard Light in your layer pallette

  • Layers > Merge > Merge visible

  • Effects > Plugins > FM Tile Tools > Seamless Tile >  vertical checked , push Apply

  • Activate your fairy image

  • Masks > New > From image > search for your Widewave mask in the source window

Push Ok

  • Masks > Delete > Answer the question with yes

  • Edit > Copy

  • Activate your background image

  • Edit > Paste > As new layer

  • Activate the pearl tube

  • Edit > Copy

  • Activate your background image again

  • Edit > Paste > As new layer

  • Move the pearl over the last pearl of the fairy image

  • Edit > Paste > As new layer

  • Image > Rotate > Left checked en choice on 10. Make sure all layers isn't checked

  • Move the pearl to the right place

  • Edit > Paste > As new layer

  • Image > Rotate > Left checked en choice on 30

  • Move the pearl to the right place

  • Edit > Paste > As new layer

  • Image > Rotate > Left checked en choice on 50

  • Move the last pearl to the right place

  • Lock your bottom layer by clicking on the glasses

  • Layers > Merge > Merge visible

  • Unlock your bottom layer by clicking on the glasses again

  • Make sure your top layer is activated

  • Image > Mirror, your fairy image is now on the right side of the background, move it back to the left side

  • Layers > New rasterlayer

  • Select your text tool

  • choose 2 colors from your pearls as fore and background. I chose #BC4338 and #ECA582

  • Put your background to gradients ans search for your foreground-background gradient. Use these settings, sunburst, invert checked

Push Ok

  • Click beneath your fairy image and enter the text in the textbox with these settings

Push Ok

  • Move your text to the left bottom corner

  • Effects > 3D effects > Inner bevel, preset frame

  • Effects > 3D effects > Dropshadow with these settings

Push Ok

  • Selections > Select none

  • Move your fairy till the first pearl is above the first character. You can look at the example on top of this page

  • Make sure your fairy layer is active

  • Effects > 3D effects > Dropshadow with the same settings 

  • Layers > Merge visible

  • You can add your name or watermark now

Your christmas stationary is ready now, have fun with it.
