I made this in Psp 9

We need:

-2 nice tubes. I used a window and a fairy tube from Manon from Top_Design_Tubes

- Filter Simple

-Filter Mezzoforce

-Filter Eye Candy 4000

• Open the tubes

• Activate the fairy tube and chose a color for your background, I choose #aaaeb9

• Edit > Copy

• Open a new image 1024 x 400, transparant, flood fill with the choosen color

• Selections > Select all

• Edit > Paste into selection

• Selections > Select none

• Effects > Pluginns > Simple > 4WayAverage

• Effects > Pluginns > 2Manekenai > Mezzoforce-Ice with these settings 0, 124, 188, 0, 0, 96, preset Arctica

Push Ok

• Activate the window tube, change height to 390 pixels

• Edit > Copy

• Activate your image again

• Edit > Paste as new layer. Move the window to the left side.

• Effects > Pluginns > Eye Candy 4000 > Shadowlab with these settings

Push Ok

• Activate the fairy tube. Change height to 300 pixels

• Edit > Copy

• Activate your image

• Edit > Paste as new layer

• Move the fairy to the left

• Effects > Pluginns > Eye Candy 4000 > Shadowlab with the same settings as before

• You can add your name or watermark now

• Layers > Merge > Merge all

Your stationary is ready now, have fun with it.
