I made this in Psp 10

We need:

-Tube, I used one from H@nne. Download Here 

-Filter Dsb flux

- Filter Xero.  Download Here

- Font Black Chancery

 

  • Open a new image 500 x 500, transparant

  • Flood fill with colour  #f8f0e0

  • Open your tube

  • Edit > Copy

  • Activate your new image

  • Selections > Select all

  • Edit > Paste into selection

  • Selections > Select none

  • Layers > Merge > Merge all

  • Effects > Pluginns > Dsb flux > Bubbles with these settings

Push Ok

  • Effects > Pluginns > Dsb flux > Gears with these settings

Push Ok

  • Effects > Texture effects > Mozaiek-Glass with these settings

Push Ok

  • Edit > Paste as new layer

  • Image > Resize to 80 %, make sure that all layers is not checked

  • Move the tube to the bottom

  • Layers > Duplicate

  • Select layer 2 in your layerpallette

  • Effects > Distortion effects > Twirl with these settings 

Push Ok

  • Effects > Dsb flux > Spiderweb with these settings

Push Ok

  • Effects > 3D effects > Dropshadow with these settings

  • Activate the top layer in your layerpallette

  • Effects > Pluginns > Xero > Porcelain with these settings

Push Ok

  • Effects > 3D effects > Dropshadow with the same settings as before

  • Activate your texttool. Change the foregroundcolour to black and the backgroundcolour to #c07900

  • Use these settings

  • Click somewhere in your image en typ your text

  • Move your text to the wright place

  • Layers > Convert to rasterlayer

  • Effects > 3D effects > Inner bevel with these settings

Push Ok

  • Effects > 3D effects > Dropshadow with the same settings as before

  • Image > Add borders with these settings and colour black

Push Ok

  • Repeat this with colour  #c07900 and 15

  • Repeat again with black and  2

  • Select the middle one with your magic wand

  • Effects > 3D effects > Inner bevel with the same settings as before

  • You can resize your tag if you wish. I resized it to 450 x 450. And you can add your name or watermark now

Your tag is ready now, have fun with it.
