I made this in Psp 10

We need:

- Filter Mezzoforce

- A background image, a tube and the selection. Download Here . Put the selection in your selection folder

 

  • Open the background image

  • Edit > Copy

  • Open a new image 1024 x 400, transparant

  • Selections > Select all

  • Edit > Paste > Into selection

  • Selections > Select none

  • Effecta > Pluginns > 2Manekenai > Mezzoforce-Ice with these settings

Push Ok

  • Effects > Artistic effects > balls and bubbles with these settings, non intersecting

Push Ok

  • Effects > Image effects > Seamless tiling with these settings

Push Ok

  • Selections > Load from disk, search for you forrest fairy selection

Push Load

  • Select your background image

  • Edit > Copy

  • Select your new image

  • Edit > Paste into selection

  • Selections > Floating

  • Effects > 3D effects > Cutout with these settings,  shadecolour #7a578c

Push Ok

  • Repeat this with Vertical and Horizontal on -6

  • Selections > Select none

  • Open your tube

  • Change the height of your tube to 350 pixels

  • Edit > Copy

  • Activate your new image

  • Edit > Paste > As new layer

  • Move the tube into the oval selection

  • You can add your name or watermark now

  • Layers > Merge > Merge all

Your stationary is ready now, have fun with it.
