I made this in Psp 8

We need:

-Filters Unlimited 2.0

-Filter Mezzoforce

-A nice image, or make one yourself with some nice tubes. I made this with tubes from

Top Design Tubes

  • Open your image, copy it (shift+D)

  • Resize your copy to 350 pixel height

  • Effects > Plugins > I.C.NET Software > Filters Unlimited 2 > Distortion filters > Explosion  

Push Apply

  • Effects > Plugins > 2manekenai > MezzoForce Ice with these settings

Push OK

  • Repeat the last filter (Mezzoforce) with the same settings

  • Effects > textureffects > Mosaik antique with these settings: 60, 60, 43, 2, 73

Push Ok

  • Effects > Image effects > Seamless tiling with these settings

Push Ok

  • Open a new image 1024 x 350 transparant

  • Change your foreground to pattern and search your just made mosaic image with angle 0 and scale 100, and flood fill your image with it

  • View > Rulers , you now have a ruler attached to your image

  • We're gonna place the image on the background

  • Activate your original image 

  • Edit > Copy

  • Activate your background again

  • Edit > Paste > As new layer

  • Move your image to 100 from the left side

  • Layers > Duplicate (make sure layer 2 is active). Do this twice (you now have 4 layers)

  • Change the opacity of layer 3 and 4 to 60

  • Move layer 3 to the left and layer 4 to the right untill it looks like this 

  • Activate the eraser tool with these settings

  • Erase the middle part of layer 3 and 4 untill you're satisfied with the result. Don't forget to activate the layer you want to erase on in the layerpallette

  • If you're satisfied with the result you can merge the layers together

  • Layers > Merge > Merge all

  • You can add your name or watermark

Your stationary is ready, have fun with it.
