I made this in Psp 9

We need:

-Filter Eye Candy 3.1

-Filter  L en K Trouble

-Filter Simple

-Font Black Chancery

-1 nice tube, I used this one

• Open a new image 500x 500, transparant.

• Flood fill the image with a light color from your tube. I used #fdf7d3

• Open your tube

• Edit > Copy

• Activate your image again

• Edit > Paste as new layer

• Effects > Textureffects > Mosaic Antique with these settings

Push Ok

• Effects > Pluginns > Simple > 4 Way Average

• Effects > Pluginns > L en K landsiteofwonders > L en K's trouble with these settings

Push Ok

• Layers > New rasterlayer

• Flood fill the layer with the same color as before. Change the opacity to 42

• Activate the tube

• Edit > Copy

• Activate your image

• Edit > Paste as a new layer

• Image > Resize to  80 %, resize all layers not checked

Push Ok

• Effects > 3-D effects > Dropshadow with these settings

Push Ok

• Select your text tool. Chose the Black Chancery font, change size to 72, create as floating

• Lock the foreground color, change the backgroundcolor to #fdf7d3

• Click on your image, typ the text en push Ok

• Move your text to the right place

• Effects > 3-D effects > Dropshadow with the same settings as before

• Selections > Select none

• Image > Add borders, color white , 30, symmetric checked

• Select a piece of the tube with your selectiontool

• Edit > Copy

• Selections > Select none

• Select the white border with your magic wand

• Edit > Paste into selection

• Effects > Textureffects > Mosaic Antique with the same settings as before

• Effects > Pluginns > Eye Candy 3.1 > Inner bevel with these settings

Push Ok

• Selections > Invert

• Effects > 3-D effects > Cutout with these settings

Push Ok

• Repeat Cutout with vertical and horizontal on 6

• Selections > Select none

• Your Tag is ready now. You can resize it if you wish. I resized it to 400 x 400.
