I made this in Psp 7

We need:
-2 nice matching tubes. I used tubes made by Manon and Adri
from Top_Design_Tubes
-a nice square or rectangle mask. I used
this
- Filter Mura Pro Seamless
-Filter
Mezzoforce
-Filter Factory
Gallery J
-
Open the tubes
-
We first are gonna
make the background with the tubes and Arithmetic. I will call the
tubes afbeelding 1 and afbeelding 2
-
Open a new image 1024 x 300,
transparant, this one I call afbeelding 3
-
Image >
Arithmetic > Put afbeelding 3 on top, then afbeelding 1, function =
average, all channels and clip color values checked, divisor = 1, Bias
= -15

Push Ok

Push Ok
-
Your tubes are now in your new background (image 3)
-
Effects > Plugins > Filter Factory
Gallery J > Twister on 121
-
Effects > Geometric effects > Wave with these
settings

Push Ok
-
Effects > Plugins > 2Manekenai >

these settings: Zigzag, 0, 10, 94, 0, 10, 4, 0, 0, Filtering, Fit,
OpaqueOut and Repeat checked, Adjust Cus.Colors to a matching color

-
Your background is finished, we continue with the
tubes
-
Image > Arithmetic > put afbeelding 1 on top,
then afbeelding 2

Push Ok
-
If you don't like the result you can change the
images. That means afbeelding 2 on top, then afbeelding 1
-
Open your mask. Select your new tube image
-
Masks > New > From image > Search for your
mask in the source window

Push Ok
-
Masks > Invert (if you use another mask you only
need to do this if your image isn't visible anymore)
-
Masks > Delete > Answer the question with yes
-
Image > Resize > change your height to 300
pixels

Push Ok
-
Edit > Copy
-
Select your background
-
Edit > Paste > As new layer
-
Move your tube to the left to the right place
-
You can add your name or watermark
-
Layers > Merge > Merge all
Your stationary is ready, have fun with it
