Lovely Lavender

I made this in Psp 7

We Need:

- Filter Factory Gallery J

- Program 20/20

- Image, I used this  one

 

  • Open your image. Edit > Copy.

  • Open a new image 1024 x 300, transparant

  • Selections > Select All

  • Edit > Paste into selection. 

  • Selections > Select none

  • Effects > Plugins > Filter Factory Gallery J > Twister with these settings: 121

 Ok

  • Effects > Geometric effects > Wave with these settings: 20, 50, 20, 50

 Ok

  • Edit > Copy

  • Open the program 20/20

  • Edit> Paste > As new image

  • Image> Muted background

  • Opacity on 85%, Seamless tile checked.  Apply

  • Edit> Copy 

  • Activate PaintShopPro again

  • Edit > Paste > As new image 

  • This is your background so far, we continue with the image

  • Activate your image. Change backgroundcolor to white

  • Edit > Copy

  • Image > Add borders > 15 pixels, symmetric checked. Ok

  • Select the border with your Magic Wand, tolerance 0, feather 0

  • Edit > Paste into selection

  • Image > Add borders > 2pixels, symmetric checked. Ok

  • Select the border with you Magic Wand, tolerance 0, feather 0

  • Select your Flood Fill Tool and choose a dark color from your image as foregroundcolor. I chose #47384A

  • Flood fill the white border with the color 

  • Effects > 3D-effects > Inner bevel with Presets to Frame

 Ok

  • Image > Add borders > 15pixels, symmetric checked. Ok

  • Select the border with you Magic Wand, tolerance 0, feather 0

  • Select your Flood Fill Tool and choose a light color from your image as foregroundcolor. I chose #7D717F

  • Flood fill the white border with the color

  • Effects > 3D-effects > Cutout with these settings: 2, 2, 50, 5. Shadowcolor #47384A 

 Ok

  • Selections > Invert

  • Effects > 3D-effects > Cutout with the same settings 

  • Selections > Select none

  • Image > Add borders > 3 pixels, symmetric checked. Ok

  • Select the border with you Magic Wand, tolerance 0, feather 0

  • Select your Flood Fill tool and fill the border with the dark color

  • Effects > 3D-effects > Inner bevel with presets to frame. Ok

  • Selections > Select none

  • Edit > Copy

  • Activate your background image again

  • Edit > Paste > As new layer

  • Move your image to the right place

  • You can add your name or watermark now if you want

  • Layers > Merge > Merge All

Your stationary is ready now. Have fun with it.
