I made this in Psp 7

We need:

-Nice image. I used one from Nene Thomas

-Filter Eye Candy 4000  

-Filter Mezzoforce

-Filter Visman VM extravaganza

(click on filters/plugins under downloads)

-Filter FM Tile Tools

-Mask Fadebgmask

• Open your image and mask in Psp

• Activate your image

• Edit > Copy

• Open a new image 1024 x 400 pixels, transparant

• Selections > Select all

• Edit > Paste > Into selection

• Selections > Select none

• Effects > Pluginns > Eye Candy 4000 > Swirl with these settings

Push Ok

• Effects > Pluginns > 2Manekenai > Mezzoforce-Ice with these settings

Push Ok

• Effects > Pluginns > VM Extravaganza > Dribble with these settings

Push Ok

• Activate your image 

• Image > Resize > change the height to 400 pixels, make sure that resize all layers and lock aspect ratio are checked

• Masks > New > From image > search for the fadebgmsk in the source window

Push Ok

• Masks > Invert

• Masks > Delete ( answer the question with yes)

• Edit > Copy

• Activate your background

• Edit > Paste > As new layer

• Move your image to the left side

• Layers > Merge > Merge visible

• Effects > Pluginns > FM Tile Tools > Seamless tile,  vertical checked. Push Apply

• You can now add your name or watermark if you want

Your stationary is ready now, have fun with it.
