I made this in Psp 10

We need:

 

-Filter Fantasma

-Image, I used this one

 

  • Open your image

  • Edit > Copy

  • Open a new image, 1024 x 400, transparant

  • Selections > Select all

  • Edit > Paste into selection

  • Selections > Select none

  • Effects > Plugins > Italian editors effect > Effetto Fantasma with these settings

Push Ok

  • Effects > Image-effects > Seamless tiling with these settings

Push Ok

  • Layers > New rasterlayer

  • Chose a light color as from your image as your foregroundcolor. I used #d7c6ac

  • Flood fill the new layer with the color

  • Change the blend mode to Soft Light in your layer pallette

  • Activate your image

  • Edit > Copy

  • Activate your new background

  • Edit > Paste as new layer

  • Again Edit > Paste as new layer

  • Arrange the images as below

  • Lock your raster 1 and 2 layers in your layer pallette  (click on the eye in front of the layer)

  • Layers > Merge > Merge visible. The 2 images have become one layer

  • Unlock the other layers

  • Make sure the top layer is activated

  • Effects > Distortion effects > Twirl on 720

Push Ok

  • Move it against the left side

  • Effects > 3D effects > Dropshadow with these settings

Push Ok

  • Change the opacity to 69 in your layer pallette

  • Activate the image again

  • Edit > Copy

  • Image > Add borders, 25, white

Druk op Ok

  • Select the white border with your magic wand

  • Edit > Paste into selection

  • Effects > Texture effects > Mozaic-glass with these settings

Push Ok

  • Effects > 3D effects > Inner bevel with these settings

Push Ok

  • Selections > Select none

  • Edit > Copy

  • Activate your background

  • Edit > Paste as new layer

  • Move the image to the left (see the exemple on top of this page)

  • You can add your name or watermark  if you want

  • Layers > Merge > Merge all

 Your stationary is ready now
