I made this in Psp 10

We need:

- Tube, gradient and mask. Download Here

-Brush. Download Here

Save the gradient in the Psp gradients folder. Save the tube and the mask somewhere easy to find

Save the brush in de Psp brush folderj

- Filter Xero

- Filter Redfield Water Ripples

 

  • Open the tube and mask in psp

  • Open a new image 1024 x 450 pixels

  • Put your foregroundcolour on gradient. Search for the Waterly Sleep gradient and use these settings

  • Flood fill your image with the gradient

  • Effects > Pluginns > Redfield > Water ripples with these settings

 

  • Layers > New rasterlayer

  • Flood fill this layer with collour #515d73

  • Layers > New Mask layer > From Image. Search for the BC-zeewater mask

Push Ok

  • Layers > Delete > Answer yes in the pop-up that appears

  • Layers > Merge > Merge Group

  • Layers > Merge > Merge All

  • Effects > Image effects > Seamless tiling with these settings

Push Ok

  • Change your foregroundcolour to #515d73

  • Layers > New rasterlayer

  • Activate the brush tool and search for de brush  61. Use these settings

  • Brush one time in the middle of the circle

  • Change the blend mode to burn in the layer pallette

  • Activate the tube

  • Edit > Copy

  • Activate the new image again

  • Edit > Paste as new layer

  • Move the tube to the wright place

  • Effects > Pluginns > Xero > Porcelain with these settings

Push Ok

  • Layers > Merge > Merge all

  • You can add your name or watermark if you want

Your stationary is ready now, have fun with it.
